Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Sr. Manager of Sales & Solution Enablement to architect and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy across our entire revenue organization. This player-coach role will revolutionize how we enable ~55 revenue professionals (Account Directors, Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and ADRs) through AI-powered content creation and data-driven adoption strategies. The ideal candidate combines deep marketing technology expertise with proven enablement leadership to drive measurable business impact.

This position offers a unique opportunity to build a world-class enablement function from the ground up, with a clear path to Director-level leadership. You'll leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to scale content creation while ensuring adoption through innovative coaching and measurement strategies. Success in this role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership (40%)

  • Own the enablement roadmap across Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and ADR teams
  • Design and implement AI-powered content strategies that scale knowledge creation and distribution
  • Build adoption frameworks with measurable KPIs to ensure content utilization and behavior change
  • Partner with revenue leadership to align enablement initiatives with business objectives
  • Establish Centers of Excellence for both business and technical marketing technology expertise

Program Management & Execution (30%)

  • Orchestrate content generation using AI tools and automation to create scalable, personalized enablement assets
  • Design learning pathways that transform product-focused teams into consultative advisors
  • Implement coaching programs that reinforce best practices and drive consistent execution
  • Manage enablement technology stack including LMS, content management, and analytics platforms
  • Create feedback loops between field teams and product marketing for continuous improvement

Team Development & Coaching (20%)

  • Lead and develop 2 Enablement Principals focused on Sales/SE and Solution/CSM enablement
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through innovative delivery methods and peer collaboration
  • Coach revenue teams directly on complex deals and strategic accounts (player-coach model)
  • Build internal certification programs for marketing technology expertise

Measurement & Optimization (10%)

  • Define and track enablement metrics including content adoption, skill development, and revenue impact
  • Conduct regular skills assessments to identify gaps and prioritize initiatives
  • Report on ROI of enablement programs to executive leadership
  • Use data insights to continuously refine content and coaching strategies

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of sales/solution enablement experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in marketing technology or customer data platforms
  • Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable revenue impact
  • Direct experience with both business and technical aspects of marketing technology ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success using AI/automation tools to scale content creation and personalization
  • Deep understanding of the martech landscape including CDPs, marketing automation, analytics, and personalization platforms
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with customer data strategies, integration challenges, and organizational dynamics in marketing teams
  • Knowledge of both IT and Marketing perspectives on technology adoption
  • Exceptional facilitation skills with ability to engage audiences from ADRs to C-suite executives
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and communicate program impact
  • Change management expertise to drive adoption of new methodologies and tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with consultative selling methodologies (Challenger, MEDDIC, Value Selling)
  • Background in marketing operations, sales engineering, or customer success leadership
  • Familiarity with modern sales tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc.)
  • Track record of rapid career progression with director-level potential
  • Industry certifications in sales methodologies or marketing technologies

Physical Requirements:

Working out of the New York, NY office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.”

Travel Requirements:

Requires peaks of 20% travel to visit clients
