Job Purpose:

the FSE is responsible to perform the service activities on the field (pre-installation/tender site inspections, installations, maintenance, FSCAs) in agreement with the customer requirements and the QRC process. The person must be based in Roma and will mainly manage Lazio, Umbria and Abruzzo work area.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Service activities: average time: 85%

• Perform the field service activities on customer sites such as maintenance, installation, FSCA, site inspection in agreement with QRC and customer requirements/SLA. The lines he will be mainly involved in are Acute Care Therapies (ACT) and Surgical Workflow (SW)
• Provide the proper documentation to customer after each activity.
• Report complains timely and support the follow up process.
• Be responsible for the spare parts management (stock and re-assortment) in order to ensure the adequate quantity and type of material based on the assigned product and customer needs.
• Keeps the valid certification on assigned products.
• Be responsible for instruments and tools assigned in order to follow the company rules and calibration plan.
• Create synergies with the sales representative into the field.
• Eventual after sales support/training to the customer.

Customer contacts management: average time: 15%

• Contact the customers after the dispatching from front office in order to:
• Pre-clarify the technical issue problem.
• Define the scheduling for the visit.

Experiences: previous experience on technical field activities or in similar roles (at least 5years).

Education: technical high school diploma or technical degree.

Languages: fluent Italian and at least basic English.
