As part of our growth (RAMP UP) in LEAP engines, we are looking for a Junior SAP Support to strengthen our Operations team you will provide expertise and support to the Operations, Supply Chain and other teams department, ensuring efficient SAP system performance, supporting new projects, and helping users make the most of SAP.

Job Requirements

Your profile:

• You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent and count an experience of

minimum 1 year

• If you can demonstrate SAP expertise and certification in one of the modules

(specifically PM/IBP/EWM/FICO) it would be a real added value.

• You are independent and solution-oriented.
• You actively contribute to improvement projects and process simplifications.
• You are detail-oriented and transparent in your daily work.
• You have proficiency in SAP and understanding of Safran Aircraft Engine

services' processes & the shop visit workflow.

• You are a strong communicator and have the ability to collaborate across

teams.

• You are fluent in English and any knowledge of French or Dutch is a real plus.
• You are independent and solution-oriented while being also detail-oriented

and transparent in your daily work.

• You actively contribute to improvement projects and process simplifications.
• You hold a permanent Belgian visa and work permit.
• Due to your role, you work mainly on site on a full- time basis.

Your role:

As an expert your responsibilities will involve:

 Training and Development:

• You support the teams in resolving SAP-related issues.
• You create practical documentation for SAP transactions and update

user manuals.

• You develop SAP queries and use tools like Winshuttle to enhance

process efficiency.

• You are responsible to train new employees to become proficient SAP

users.

 Research:

• You build expertise in various SAP domains.
• You analyze recurring issues and propose structural solutions.
• You share research findings with internal and external stakeholders.

 Testing and Projects:

• You test new SAP developments before they go live.
• You collaborate closely with the Global IT team.
• You ensure smooth SAP integration during new project launches.
