???? What You’ll Do:

  • Keep our lab and manufacturing equipment in top shape with routine maintenance and repairs
  • Support calibration and testing for optical systems and satellite hardware
  • Execute quality control inspections and clearly document results
  • Build, troubleshoot, and maintain optical test setups
  • Enforce cleanroom and ESD compliance with precision
  • Partner with engineering teams to identify and solve complex technical challenges
  • Track tools and supplies with meticulous inventory management
  • Participate in training sessions and support process improvements

???? Your Toolbox Includes:

  • Associate degree in Optical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Experience in high-precision lab or manufacturing environments
  • Comfort working with interferometers, fiber optics, and power meters
  • Strong hand tool and measurement equipment skills
  • Deep knowledge of ESD control and cleanroom protocol
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding troubleshooting instincts

???? Bonus Points For:

  • CAD experience (NX UGS)
  • PLM software know-how (Teamcenter)
  • ESD or cleanroom certifications
  • Laser Safety Officer credentials
  • Familiarity with satellite systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.70/hr.
