Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking a Program Manager II to lead the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Employment & Training (E&T) initiative. This vital program increases economic mobility across the state by helping individuals gain access to employment, training, and supportive services.
In this leadership role, you will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all aspects of Nebraska’s SNAP E&T program. From supervising staff and shaping policy to building statewide partnerships and aligning with federal regulations—you’ll play a key part in ensuring program success and community impact.
Requirements/Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, social/behavioral sciences, education, health sciences, public health, law, or a related field. One year of experience in program planning, implementation, budgeting, monitoring, evaluation, or supervision of staff. Equivalent education or experience may substitute for the required degree on a year-for-year basis.
Other: Valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation. Occasional overnight travel is required.
