PrimeLending is looking to hire a Marketing Program Specialist. This role plays a key strategic and operational role within the Marketing team, overseeing the performance, functionality, and adoption of our designated marketing automation and CRM platform. This individual will collaborate closely with internal creative and digital teams, sales leadership, and production staff to develop, optimize, and support marketing campaigns and tools that drive meaningful business outcomes.

More than a platform operator, this person brings strategic CRM thinking, data-driven execution, and end-to-end project ownership to their work, ensuring marketing technology directly contributes to growth, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Platform Execution & Optimization

  • Serve as the internal expert and steward of the marketing automation platform, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and the buyer lifecycle.
  • Translate marketing strategy into platform-ready journeys (email, social, print), ensuring execution aligns with business goals and user behavior.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in user journeys and propose enhancements that improve platform impact and adoption.
  • Collaborate with the AVP, Sr. Marketing Manager to operationalize lifecycle marketing strategies within the platform.

Data-Driven Execution & Reporting

  • Track performance across email, print, and social campaigns; using data to inform decision-making, test hypotheses, and improve future campaigns.
  • Develop and deliver reporting dashboards and ad hoc analysis to stakeholders, offering strategic insights that support marketing and sales objectives.
  • Monitor platform and campaign analytics to identify trends and recommend targeted actions for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Project Management

  • Own the day-to-day management of platform-related initiatives, working closely with the AVP on goals and strategy, while ensuring execution meets quality and deadline expectations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers and department leads on high-profile projects, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable outcomes.
  • Own and maintain vendor relationships, managing escalations, enhancement requests, and performance reviews.

Operational Excellence & Support

  • Manage platform integrations and automation tasks in coordination with IT, vendors, and internal users.
  • Maintain user accounts and permissions, ensuring smooth onboarding/offboarding and role-based access.
  • Provide documentation, video tutorials, and live training to internal teams to support platform use and best practices.
  • Triage support tickets, provide top-tier customer service to loan officers and internal users, and ensure timely resolution.

Financial & Administrative Oversight

  • Track invoices and platform-related expenses, managing budgets for subscriptions, licenses, and platform integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with vendor agreements and internal procurement policies.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, or program management roles.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Total Expert, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Proven ability to collaborate on strategy and translate marketing direction into actionable, high-quality platform execution.
  • Strong project management skills; highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communicator, able to build trust and alignment across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset: able to uncover root problems and propose smart, scalable improvements.
  • Comfortable implementing initiatives set at a strategic level, while providing insight and recommendations to enhance performance.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in the mortgage, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Expertise with Total Expert, including automation builds, data integrations, and user adoption strategies.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic, and data visualization for KPI analysis and campaign performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Background in training, onboarding, or change management for marketing technology platforms.
