The Opportunity:

As a CACI SOF OSINT Targeting analyst, you will be responsible for conducting advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources. OSINT Analysts shall interface with the Intelligence Community to product intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT, and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates. You will fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

Mid- Level:

  • Minimum of 8 years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology.
  • Strong proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology.
  • Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
  • Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Strong verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O-4 / GS-13 level or above.

Senior- Level:

  • Minimum of 8 years of all-source intelligence experience with 4 years at the operational level.
  • Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
  • Analyzing adversary networks and operating patterns.
  • Utilizing IC tools to conduct research, perform analysis, and develop tailored Intelligence products.
  • Three or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
  • Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the O-5 / GS-14 level or higher.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,000 - $163,800
