The Opportunity:

As a CACI Intelligence Targeting Analyst, you will provide support and engage in the target development process. You will provide expertise in assessing and reporting enemy TTPs and capabilities in support of the target development process for strategic, operational, and tactical level priorities. Provide in depth knowledge and expertise of the F3EAD targeting cycle to drive collection and support SOF objectives. Additionally, you will support the coordination of targeting efforts with the Intelligence Community and Interagency organizations on the behalf of the client and in support of SOCCENT and CENTCOM priorities.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
  • Minimum of 12 or more years of intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
  • At least three years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.
  • Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current intelligence analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
  • Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of intelligence tools.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
  • Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the O-6 / GS-15 level or higher.
  • Minimum of three (3) years targeting experience withing previous five (5) years.
  • Advanced HVI/Network targeting methodology knowledge/understanding, nodal analysis, and ability to fully utilize the F3EAD targeting process.
  • Highly proficient in utilizing current applications and intelligence related automation to support target development, analytical efforts, and product development.
  • Excellent briefings skills and experience in directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
  • Experience in the following analytical areas: CT. Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis.
  • Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experiences is required.
  • Five years of analytical experience within the past ten years in the CENTCOM AOR, providing direct support to SOF units, commands, or similar/relevant Interagency units.
  • Practical experience accomplishing the following tasks:
  • Applying Irregular Warfare analysis TTPs within the past ten years.
  • Analyzing adversary networks and operating patterns.
  • Associative targeting (individuals, cells, network C2, and logistics).
  • Conducting analysis to identify and target adversary networks and operating patterns.
  • Application of quantitative and qualitative analytical methods, including design, development, and management of targeting models and packages.
  • Analyzing population demographics within the CENTCOM AOR, including tribal dynamics, ethnic groups, religions, and population diaspora pertaining to Iranian expatriates.
  • Utilizing IC tools to conduct research, perform analysis, and develop tailored Intelligence products.
  • Practical experience operating I2 Analyst Notebook to create imagery and geospatial products.
  • Provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.

Bachelor's degree and seven years of work experience.

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,000 - $163,800
