- Combination of practical training as an industrial business management assistant with a future-oriented degree in Business Administration, Management & Digitalization, or Business Psychology at the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics & Management in Munich
- Acquisition of an IHK degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree within 4.5 years for an optimal combination of theory and practice
- Individual selection of practical training stations such as marketing, human resources, or project management, as well as other exciting areas of the company, to develop your own interests and strengths and deepen your theoretical knowledge
- Independent participation in cross-departmental projects to promote teamwork, personal responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking
