In our Wealth Planning and Investment Tribe – comprising around 180 members – we drive innovation and development across investment-related products. Our Tribe is divided into squads, consisting of cross-functional teams of business and IT professionals focused on specific missions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Automation Engineer with a strong focus on quality assurance to enhance our clients' mobile experience through the investment features in our mobile banking app. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated test and testing strategies that ensure the quality and reliability of our investment applications. You will work collaboratively with business and functional specialists, QA specialists, developers, and product owners to define and maintain testing standards and practices.

You will:

• Lead the creation and enhancement of test frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, WebdriverIO, and Appium, aligning with strategic goals
• Drive the shift from TypeScript and Appium to Kotlin and Swift-based mobile test frameworks
• Work as a member of the automation team on the automated testing of enterprise
• Develop automated tests based on strategic business needs and requirements for new and existing Investment applications (Mobile, API)
• Ensure test automation delivers measurable value, optimising processes and outcomes
• Maintain and support existing automated test scenarios and execution processes
• Actively communicate with developers, Business Analysts and manual testers
• Challenge current practices and advocate for innovative improvements in test automation

About you:

• We expect that your passion and primary area of interest at work is software testing.
• You have hands-on experience in Testing Automation for 4+ years
• You have a solid understanding about SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• You are proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript based test automation frameworks
• You understand REST/SOAP services, XML, JSON
• You are Innovative and creative problem solver with can-do attitude
• You are good in communicating cross-teams and eager to take on new challenges
• Knowledge of Kotlin and Swift is optional but appreciated
• Upper-Intermediate skills in English

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4560 EUR to 6840 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
