Amazon Devices is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Technical to to own products that drive a best in class customer shopping experience on Amazon's website for our branded devices and services, such as Alexa, Kindle and Ring, globally.
This is an IC role where you will define the requirements for: (1) Internal analytics on marketing activities, including how to measure effectiveness of existing marketing activities across XX channels; (2) Personalization requirements for science team to optimize customer-to-product pairing and improve marketing performance.
A successful candidate will be highly analytical, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization, and adept at working with engineering teams at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into products and applications.
Key job responsibilities
Define product vision and roadmap across several teams (BIE, DS, DE, AS, SDE)
Drive priorities and resource allocation
Develop understanding of our tech architecture and implications for product decisions
Partner with data science teams on machine learning and generative AI projects
Partner cross functionally with teams across UX design, engineering, marketing and business stakeholders.

This is a think big, deliver results role. Many of our envisioned solutions must forecast how technology will change in the next 2-3 years, and anticipate opportunities/risks. We influence other orgs to build to enable governance, and adopt new technology to close gaps, and improve performance.
A day in the life
Your day will range from working with engineering managers to review progress of build on a product you own, to meeting with internal marketing teams to ensure you understand their requirements, to presenting a doc to directors (occasionally a VP) outlining progress to your vision.
About the team
We are a full stack team (we have DE, BIE, DS, AS and SDE roles within our org) that build tools for marketing measures, to drive sales, and drive actionable insights to business leaders. For this role the focus is on marketing measurements, including assessment of ROI across multiple channels and PLs, and reporting the performance of ongoing Devices and Services org.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
