How you will make contributions that matter...

• Operate and support various production functions including hand-stacking, case packing, product conveying, and reclaim.
• Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with accuracy and consistency.
• Set up and validate packaging coders and ensure product codes meet specifications.
• Identify and report any product deviations, following established protocols.
• Perform routine equipment adjustments using hand tools.
• Operate a forklift safely to transport materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Assist with equipment changeovers, cleaning (CIP/SIP), and setup.
• Support environmental controls and food safety standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Cross-train across departments to ensure operational flexibility.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Uphold Saputo’s Code of Ethics and core values in all tasks.

You are best suited for the role if you have a....

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least one year of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in food manufacturing or dairy processing preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Ability to think critically, follow instructions, and adapt to changing priorities.

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs throughout the shift.
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity, including color recognition.
• Willingness to work with chemicals and wear appropriate PPE.

Pay Range: $24.09– $25.59 per hour
