About the Opportunity!
The Network Sales Director is responsible for growing our business in the network domain with a focus on network engineering services, transformation, and automation. The role demands a deep understanding of the network services business, with the ability to drive profitable growth in core network automation, software development, NOC services, certification, and testing.
If you have built trusted relationships with T-Mobile’s network engineering and operations groups, enjoy hunting for new business, and have a track record of growing business YoY, QoQ, then this opportunity is for you!
What will your job look like?
- Generate growth by initiating engagement with targeted T-Mobile accounts and buying centers.
- Lead opportunity development, qualification, and pursuit strategy aligned with T-Mobile’s network transformation goals.
- Build and orchestrate high-performing Sales Pursuit teams and manage the proposal and negotiation process.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with T-Mobile decision-makers and influencers.
- Expand business opportunities through third-party partnerships and alliances.
- Communicate industry credentials and business value to T-Mobile stakeholders.
- Drive solution-led go-to-market strategies and identify upsell opportunities.
- Manage cross-functional teams and global delivery for large-scale programs.
- Penetrate and expand services in core network automation, NOC, certification, and testing.
- Leverage existing relationships and build new ones within T-Mobile’s network organization.
- Collaborate with AI, 5G, and network transformation teams to deliver innovative solutions.
All you need is...
- 10+ years of consultative sales experience in telecom network services.
- Strong trusted relationships with T-Mobile network engineering & operations teams
- Strong domain expertise in 5G, Core Network, Automation, AI/Gen AI
- Proven “hunting” skills in penetrating new network areas
- Track record of driving YoY, QoQ booking, and sales growth
- Proven success in complex B2B sales cycles and strategic account growth.
- Strong executive communication and commercial negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field, MBA preferred.

Annual compensation at target is $210,000 - $265,000 on an uncapped sales plan.
