Job Title: Production Operator

????Location: Richmond, Kentucky

????Contract-to-Hire | Multiple Shifts Available

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operators to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll support daily manufacturing operations by assisting machine operators, loading and unloading materials, and sorting lightweight parts into crates. While the parts are small, full crates can be heavy, so physical stamina is important.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with setup and daily production tasks
• Load and unload parts efficiently and safely
• Sort and organize parts into crates for shipment or further processing
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure proper handling of materials and equipment

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills:

• Experience in production, machine operation, or assembly
• General labor skills including forklift operation and packaging
• Ability to perform inspections and use hand tools
• Basic understanding of blueprints and manufacturing processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a machine operator or general laborer
• Familiarity with assembly line work and pick-and-pack tasks

Work Schedule & Environment

• Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM
• PPE Required: Steel-toed boots and safety glasses

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.25/hr.
