Job Title: 2nd Shift General Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities

• Assist with light demolition work, including the breakdown of Aframes.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Clean and prepare renovation sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Operate basic hand and power tools.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist skilled tradespeople as needed.
• Perform other general labor tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Experience in unloading and loading.
• Proficiency in heavy lifting.
• Experience with sit-down forklifts.
• Knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations.

Work Environment

The work environment can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. While there are fans for air circulation, there is no AC or heating system.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hampton, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
