Position Purpose:
As the Night Shift-Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the warehouse management team in terms of the safety, productivity, and efficiency of warehouse operations. You will lead employees and managers; monitoring operational flow to ensure the effective use of people and equipment on a daily/nightly basis. A successful candidate will have effectively demonstrated an ability to coordinate processes within the warehouse and directly impact the operation efficiencies.
Primary Responsibilities:
Required Experience
High School Diploma or GED is required. 4-6 years warehouse management experience 3+ years of experience managing and leading a team of 50+ associates
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required.
4-6 years warehouse management experience
3+ years of experience managing and leading a team of 50+ associates
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field preferred.
6-10 years warehouse experience including in-depth knowledge of all warehouse phases within foodservice industry.
OSHA Forklift operator certification and experience operating material handling equipment preferred.
