Your Impact

At OpenText, we are looking at motivated highly passionate Full-Stack developer for the AI development team, which is part of ITOMs OpsBridge team. The candidate must have the experience, talent, skill set and confidence to work with world-class development team at the OpenText office in Bengaluru, India.

What the roles offer:

• Collaborating with teams with diverse expertise to work on Java, Python with machine learning, and AI projects.
• Develop, design, and deploy large-scale models and AI strategies for AIOps Product line.
• Work closely with AI technology and engineering teams to take models from development to production and make them operational.
• Own the critical modules of core products and enhance the product to meet customer and architecture expectations in ongoing basis.
• Review and evaluate designs to ensure long term adaptability and sustainability. Champion processes that ensure very high-quality product releases
• Ensure timely release of high-quality product releases.
• Own and drive high quality resolution of product technical issues.
• Encourage and contribute to innovation aligned with the business
• Coach mentor junior engineers and new members into the team

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's or Master's Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in software development
• Expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence domain.
• Mastering the entire lifecycle of machine learning, from conceptualization and development to deployment and continual refinement
• As a strategic leader, you'll excel in making critical technical decisions, shaping roadmaps and visions that drive the success of transformative machine learning projects in AI Ops & related areas.
• Demonstrated experience in programming with Python and utilizing machine learning frameworks, including but not limited to PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
• Proficient in Java and/or Python, their skills transform abstract machine learning concepts into robust, efficient, and scalable solutions.
• Proficient in system architecture concepts & should have experience in building enterprise grade products.
• Proven expertise in developing and deploying machine learning solutions on public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• A solid understanding and practical knowledge of working with APIs (Application Programming Interfaces).
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and programming methodologies.
• Proficiency in version control using tools like Git and experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools.
• Ability to automate tasks and proficiently collect, integrate, and analyze data from diverse sources.
• High levels of curiosity, creativity, and enthusiasm for tackling open-ended problems, demonstrating a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in working large enterprise product setup includes Agile/Safe Agile process.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous hands-on experience in training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) or proficiency in working with various inference engines.
• Proven track record in deploying, optimizing, and effectively managing AI/ML models in production environments.
