What We're Looking For
Experience: 10+ years in HR with deep talent management expertise + 7+ years in leadership roles
Core Competencies:
Education: Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience required. Master’s in industrial/organizational psychology, Organizational Development, or related field required
Certification in learning and/or talent development preferred
