Senior Director, Talent and Organizational Development | Children's Health

Children's Health is seeking a visionary Senior Director, Talent, and Organizational Development to partner with the Vice President, Learning and Talent Management to create a Talent Management strategy aligned with Children’s Health’s mission and vision. What You'll Do

  • Partner with our VP of Learning and Talent Management to develop comprehensive talent solutions • Shape strategy - Drive results - Implement enterprise talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing, and mentoring programs • Lead teams - Oversee talent development, employee engagement, and enterprise onboarding functions • Influence executives with compelling communication - Present talent strategies to senior leadership with confidence and credibility

What We're Looking For

Experience: 10+ years in HR with deep talent management expertise + 7+ years in leadership roles

Core Competencies:

  • Proven track record building talent management strategies aligned with business goals
  • Expert in succession planning, career pathing, and organizational development
  • Experience with talent development programs and performance management
  • Strong consulting and change management skills
  • Executive presence with ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Emotionally intelligent leader

Education: Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience required. Master’s in industrial/organizational psychology, Organizational Development, or related field required

Certification in learning and/or talent development preferred

Work Arrangement

Hybrid flexibility with several days on-site initially (especially during onboarding), transitioning to flexible remote schedule once established.
