Associate/Senior Associate, Application Support Engineer (Securities & Fiduciary Services), Institutional Banking Group Technology, Group Technology - (WD74612)

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing and supporting release and deployment activities across Securities & Fiduciary Services Systems.
  • Provide day-to-day UAT support for the custody and non-custody systems.
  • Carry out support, mostly on-call basis during off office hours.
  • Carry out implementations on weekends together with Prod Support Team.
  • Troubleshoot technical-related problems and take corrective action.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies and process improvements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring efficient system utilization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle, deployment, and support processes.
  • Proficient in using various software tools and technologies relevant to the role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call support.
