Validation Liaison – Off-Road Powersports

About the Role

Are you passionate about off-road vehicles and enjoy working hands-on with mechanical systems? Join our dynamic team as a Validation Liaison, where you'll play a key role in the development and testing of industry-leading powersports products. This position is perfect for technical and detail-oriented individuals who are excited to contribute to new product development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate validation and testing activities for off-road vehicles and components.
  • Collaborate with engineering, test labs, fabrication, and field test teams to ensure smooth execution of test plans.
  • Manage prototype and test parts from internal teams and external vendors.
  • Pro-active planning to ensure timely test execution.
  • Create and improve validation task execution processes.
  • Incoming component inspection, verification, and kitting of components needed for validation testing.
  • Organize logistics of vehicles and parts for development and field testing.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of test parts and kits.
  • Support data entry, reporting, and communication of test status updates.
  • Execute validation tests and report writing as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

Experience & Skills

  • Associate degree or two-year technical diploma (mechanical, manufacturing, or related field preferred).
  • Interest in engineering and product development—especially in powersports or automotive industries.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a team-first attitude.
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical systems and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP, CreoView CAD, and SharePoint experience is a plus.
  • Forklift operation experience or willingness to become certified.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $59,000 to $78,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.

To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
