Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our 2nd shift fabrication team. This role involves fitting and welding steel components used in the production of heavy-duty equipment for the concrete industry. The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint reading skills, fabrication experience, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fit and weld structural steel components according to blueprints and specifications
• Perform MIG welding (and other welding processes as needed)
• Use fabrication tools such as torches, grinders, and measuring instruments
• Inspect welds and finished assemblies for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
