Job Title: Assembly Helper (Mechanically Inclined)

Location: Sunnyvale TX

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Assembly Helper to support the production of industrial equipment used in the concrete industry. This role involves hands-on assembly of steel components, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring quality and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in assembling large-scale steel equipment and machinery
• Use hand and power tools to fit, fasten, and align components
• Read and interpret basic blueprints or assembly instructions
• Support welders, machinists, and technicians as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform basic quality checks on assembled parts

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial assembly is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
