Bank Teller / Customer Service Representative

Location: Chippewa Falls, WI

Hours: 8 hour shifts Monday-Friday 7:15am-5:15pm

Pay: $16.00 per hour paid weekly

Bank Teller / Customer Service Representative key responsibilities include:

• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Process customer deposits, balance cash drawer and process checks accurately
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
• Possess in-depth knowledge of company resources to identify when to suggest solutions to best assist the customer
• Ability to operate general office equipment

Qualified candidates must have 1+ years customer service experience, knowledge of cash handling and availability to work one Saturday per month 7:45am-11:30am.
