Pay: $20–$30/hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time

Description:

We are currently seeking skilled CNC Machinists with experience in Lathe operations. Ideal candidates will have the ability to write and edit programs from scratch and demonstrate a strong understanding of precision machining practices.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Write, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs
• Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards
• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance on machines
• Follow all safety protocols and shop procedures

Requirements:

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience
• Proficiency in Lathe operations
• Ability to write/edit G-code programs from scratch
• Strong math, measurement, and blueprint reading skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable and able to work independently or in a team setting
