Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator (Forklift Experience Required)

Location: Twinsburg, OH

Shift: 2nd Shift (Typically 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: 19/hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Baler Operator for our 2nd shift operations in Twinsburg. This role involves operating baling equipment to process recyclable materials and using a forklift to transport materials and finished bales throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Operate baler machine to compact cardboard, plastics, and other recyclables
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials to and from production areas
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on baler equipment
• Maintain accurate records of materials processed
• Follow all plant safety procedures and report equipment issues
• Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year experience operating a forklift (valid certification preferred)
• Previous experience as a baler operator or in a similar industrial environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
