Reporting to the Chief Partner Officer, the Sr. Manager of Global ISV & Technology Alliances will lead strategic go-to-market (GTM) and solution initiatives with Trintech’s key Independent Software Vendor (ISV), AI, and Enterprise Technology partners, and prospective partners. This role is pivotal to expanding Trintech’s partner ecosystem to meet evolving market needs in AI-driven finance automation, embedded analytics, and cross-platform financial data orchestration.

You’ll bring a sharp focus on value co-creation with partners, activating joint GTM motions (sell-to, sell-with, sell-through), and embedding Trintech’s close automation capabilities in the broader enterprise finance tech stack.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and execute a future-focused ISV & AI partner strategy aligned with the CFO tech landscape
• Collaborate with R&D and AI/ML-enabled platforms to lead co-development of integrations driven by clear value propositions (e.g., predictive reconciliation, autonomous workflows)
• Expand Trintech’s reach via embedded partnerships in digital finance platforms and intelligent automation ecosystems
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and marketing to launch joint partner solutions and campaigns that drive bookings and retention
• Develop enablement paths to train partners on financial close use cases, Trintech APIs, and GenAI product capabilities
• Analyze industry trends (e.g., Generative AI, ERP extensions, finance modernization) to identify new alliance opportunities
• Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across partner organizations
• Monitor and report KPIs including sourced/influenced pipeline, partner-influenced ACV, and partner engagement metrics

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Experience working with top platforms such as ServiceNow, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Dell, Workday, Planful, Workiva, and/or AI-native startups
• 8–10+ years in SaaS alliances, partner strategy, or business development roles with enterprise software companies
• Demonstrated success in building ISV or platform partnerships focused on finance, AI, automation, or data
• Familiarity with the modern CFO stack and financial close ecosystem (ERP, FP&A, audit, compliance)
• Strong understanding of AI/ML in finance, including large language models (LLMs), intelligent data processing, and RPA
• Track record of delivering joint GTM programs and influencing product strategy through partner collaboration
• Excellent executive presence, communication, and storytelling skills
