Description

Trintech is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Manager, Advisory & Consulting Alliances to expand and strengthen our relationships in North America with global advisory and consulting firms, and regional systems integrators.

This individual will own partner relationship management across a portfolio of consulting and implementation partners in NA, fostering growth, trust, and field-level alignment. A unique aspect of this role includes engaging constructively with firms we do not yet formally partner with to educate them on Trintech’s value proposition and identify paths for future collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Alliance & Relationship Management

  • Build and grow strategic partnerships with advisory and consulting firms in North America.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional SIs and advisory partners, driving joint GTM planning, enablement, and execution.
  • Maintain partner-specific reporting and KPIs to evaluate and communicate trends in pipeline, joint go-to-market activity, project health, and retention.
  • Develop joint business plans and mutual value propositions to support partner-led pipeline growth, innovation, and service expansion.

Partner Development & Influence

  • Proactively identify and influence consulting firms not yet aligned with Trintech, educating them on our platform and strategic value to clients.
  • Shift perceptions among skeptical influencers and firm detractors through thoughtful engagement, relationship-building, and value communication.
  • Advocate for partner involvement in enterprise account strategies where appropriate.

Internal Enablement & Evangelism

  • Educate and empower Trintech’s sales, customer success, and support teams on how and why to include partners in offensive account strategies.
  • Develop playbooks, partner value guides, and internal communications to support field alignment.

Field Engagement & Thought Leadership

  • Represent Trintech at partner events, roundtables, and industry conferences as a confident speaker and expert in alliance-led growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to drive joint campaigns and co-branded opportunities.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • 7+ years of experience in partner management, partner sales, or alliances within the technology or fintech space.
  • Strong understanding of the consulting and advisory business model and what motivates partner engagement. Experience navigating Independence Conflict.
  • Track record of managing multiple partnerships and competing priorities with minimal direction.
  • Proven success in influencing without authority and building trust in matrixed environments.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to “read the room” and adjust approach accordingly.
  • Experience working within and selling into industry verticals; financial services highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant certifications a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrates a “listen-first” mindset—skilled at creating space for others to contribute, understanding group dynamics, and responding with insight and empathy.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Naturally curious and relationship-driven; views partner management as a long-term value-building activity.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by the challenge of creating structure and success where it doesn't yet exist.
  • Collaborative, coachable, and eager to be part of a growing team with high impact potential.
