About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both field and office work, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about delivering high-quality geotechnical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute geotechnical field investigations (soil sampling, coring, boring)
• Oversee foundation and earthwork construction activities
• Conduct site reconnaissance, file reviews, and document research
• Assist project managers with field coordination and project support
• Prepare technical reports, logs, and documentation
• Mentor junior staff and review technical work
• Manage multiple projects and client relationships
• Prepare proposals and assist with business development

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or related Engineering field (required)
• PE License (preferred but not required)
• Strong field experience and technical writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor junior staff

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $155000.00/yr.
