This is a contract opportunity that is set to last until November 2025! (Duration: July 2024- Nov 2025).

Description

This person is responsible for acquiring, analyzing, compiling, evaluating, and reviewing geospatial data for use in standard products, non‐standard products, and/or data holdings in support of project requirements. The GA will attribute, exploit, extract, format, manipulate, position, and symbolize geospatial information, as well as ensure the quality, accuracy, and currency of geospatial information produced in‐house or in cooperation with contractors and/or suppliers for national, military, and civil partners and/or clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of ESRI GIS software - ArcGIS or ArcMap
  • Experience extracting, manipulating, and utilizing GIS data
  • Multiple GIS college classes or certifications
  • Degree in Geology or Geography or similar
  • Familiarity with routine office software for electronic mail, spreadsheets, and word processing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ESRI GIS software including extension

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
