Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 8 years Proven experience in RPA development, including hands-on experience with tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, Power Automate, JSON, SQL including workflow design, process automation, and integration with other systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring development teams.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with databases, APIs, and other integration technologies.
• UiPath Developer Certification is often preferred.
