Job Description
The CIB Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team is seeking a professional to support the Client Onboarding and Service organization (COS) who has penchant for story-telling with financial data and is detail oriented, organized, strategic, analytical and energetic. This is a high-impact opportunity on our F&BM team ensuring senior management across COS have visibility into major initiatives, business metrics and financials to achieve their strategic objectives. This role will provide support to senior Business and Operations leaders and key partners across CIB Finance, Business Management, Data & Analytics and Project Management teams to enable effective end-to-end execution. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, including forecasting and planning, with an emphasis on staffing models, expenses & headcount and allocation processes.
As an Associate within the Corporate and Investment Banking Finance & Business Management team, you will support the Client Onboarding and Service organization by utilizing your expertise in financial data storytelling, organization, and strategic analysis. You will play a vital role in ensuring senior management has insight into major initiatives, business metrics, and financials to achieve strategic goals. Your responsibilities will encompass financial reporting, forecasting, and planning, with a focus on staffing models, expenses, headcount, and allocation processes.
