Job Title: Bindery Operator

Job Description

The Bindery Operator will operate a bindery stitcher or perfect binder, ensuring safety and production requirements are met while adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and control the assigned machine for each specified job.
  • Perform regular maintenance on machines and keep them ready for production.
  • Ensure a clean and neat work area.
  • Visually check and control the quality of products on a regular basis.
  • Manage and direct Technicians in using the proper materials to maintain high productivity.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with stitching and/or bindery machinery.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with bindery machines, stitcher, offline inkjet, cutter, folder, printing.

Work Environment

Work in a rotating shift schedule of 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am. The shift rotation alternates every 5 weeks, providing a balanced work-life schedule.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Maple Grove, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $66560.00/yr.
