About the Role:

Join a growing team at the forefront of medical innovation! We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to assemble life-saving medical devices in a clean room environment. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble small, intricate components using hand tools, microscopes, and fixtures
• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Clean Room Requirements:

This position requires working in a clean room, which includes:

• Wearing full clean room attire (gown, gloves, hairnet, face mask, shoe covers)
• Adhering to strict hygiene and contamination control protocols
• No makeup, jewelry, or perfumes allowed in the clean room
• Maintaining a sterile and organized work area
• Following all gowning and de-gowning procedures precisely

Qualifications:

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a controlled, sterile environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English

Preferred but Not Required:

• Previous experience in manufacturing environments

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:40am-2:45pm (Monday-Friday) - $18.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: 2:40pm - 10:45pm (Monday-Friday) - $20/hr
• 3rd Shift: 10:40pm-6:45am (Sunday-Thursday) - $21.50/hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.
