Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery such as rollers, tractors, and paving equipment with precision and care.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete paving projects on roads and parking lots.
• Employ critical thinking to overcome challenges and ensure project success.
• Exhibit leadership skills and motivation to achieve high-quality results and client satisfaction.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in paving operations, including screed work and heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as rollers, tractors, or paving equipment.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Teamwork driven and leadership skills.
• Motivation and drive to complete quality projects.
• Clean and valid California Driver's License, insurable by company carrier.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• CDL license is desirable.
• Experience with heavy equipment such as skid steer, excavator, and backhoe.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kingsburg, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
