In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machine shop equipment to produce parts and components that meet quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC equipment

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues

Measure and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using precision tools

Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety protocols

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

No Degree Required

Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment preferred

Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings

Familiarity with machine tools and measuring instruments

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as required
