Your impact

As a Java Full-Stack Developer on the OpenText ValueEdge team, you’ll help build a next-generation, AI-powered DevOps and Value Stream Management platform that’s changing how organizations plan, test, and deliver software. Your work will directly impact the speed, quality, and efficiency of software delivery for companies around the world. From designing intuitive front-end features to building scalable back-end services, your code will power mission-critical systems in a modern cloud environment.

What you need to succeed

Technical Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience in software development
• Strong skills in Java (ideally Java 11 or 21) and Spring Boot
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Angular)
• Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and tools like ElasticSearch
• Familiarity with JUnit, Selenium, and Git-based workflows

Soft Skills & Mindset

• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in agile teams and across geographically distributed environments
• Committed to writing clean, maintainable, and configurable code
• Curious, proactive, and open to learning and evolving with the technology stack
