We’re looking for experienced professionals (with specialty in Tech) to join our high-performing Public Sector Consulting team. You’ll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and tackle real business challenges—all while learning, growing, and redefining what’s possible.

  • Actively contribute to large-scale public sector transformation projects in several areas related to policy making and public administration reforms.
  • Co-shape the desired business, operating and organizational target state, through understanding current and best practices, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities .
  • Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly.
  • Participate and provide support in an extensive and diverse portfolio of client-facing engagements and initiatives, contributing to the preparation of proposals, project deliverables, reports and presentations.
  • Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise .
  • Share and collaborate effectively with others, both inside PwC and with client teams.
  • Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner – verbally and in the materials produced.

  • Degree from a Polytechnic School (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, production & management engineering) or in the field of Informatics.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing technology projects or digital transformation projects involving modern technologies such as AI/ML, Predictive Analytics, IoT, or decision support systems.
  • Coordination of technical software development teams and collaboration with data scientists, system architects, and UX/UI teams.
  • Ability to manage the full project lifecycle (end-to-end), from the planning and requirements analysis phase to implementation, testing, and production operations.
  • Understanding of the technical and business aspects of AI solutions, as well as experience in projects requiring data analysis, model training, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Certifications in Project Management methodologies & Digital Tools will be considered as a plus
  • Preferred experience in Public Sector projects or co-funded projects (e.g., NSRF), with an emphasis on innovation and the application of AI in Public services.
  • Desire for continuous learning and development.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and building strong client relationships.
  • Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates.
