This is a full-time, in-office role, with the expectation to be on-site 5 days a week.What You’ll Do

  • Build centralized analytical tools and dashboards that support scalable reporting and monitoring of key site metrics, particularly around eCommerce conversion and merchandising performance.
  • Perform hands-on business analytics to identify performance patterns, diagnose challenges, and uncover growth opportunities across site experience and merchandising initiatives.
  • Translate data-driven insights into clear, compelling presentations for stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior merchandising leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Site Merchandising, Product, and other cross-functional partners to influence strategies through data.
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to site performance and user behavior.

  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring analytics teams.
  • Proven ability to code (SQL required; Python or R a plus) and build modern data dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional skills in extracting and communicating insights from complex data sets, with the ability to create clear visuals and compelling narratives.
  • Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing design, and interpreting test results for product or merchandising initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, balancing strategic objectives with technical feasibility.
  • Experience in eCommerce, merchandising analytics, or digital retail is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize across competing demands, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Passion for data storytelling and enabling organizations to make smarter decisions through evidence-based insights.

If you’re excited about owning the analytics roadmap that powers our eCommerce growth and partnering directly with merchandising leadership to shape customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.
