POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, LBS Timekeeping & Scheduling is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of timekeeping and scheduling functions within a shared services environment, including balancing. This role manages a team that ensures accurate time capture, adherence to labor laws, and optimal workforce scheduling using UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) software.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, People Services, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum5 years in Payroll Reporting, Workforce Management or related field. Experience with Alteryx preferred.
