THE POSITION

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Web Coordinator with a passion for excellent customer service to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer focus and some experience in project coordination. Serving as an integral part of the Web Implementation Team, you will be responsible for participating in the day-to-day processes of the team, including but not limited to coordination of small projects and assisting with the growth and management of the company's reference account base. Please note that this role is customer service oriented with focus on working directly with clients.

In this position you will:

  • Be the primary point person for small ClubHouse Online Implementation Projects with timelines of 30-60 days.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the project from kick-off, scheduling and go-lives ensuring client is updated through all aspects of the project.
  • May need to manage up to 30 projects at once in various overlapping stages (Seasonality could increase this)
  • Manage client expectations, keeping project on track.
  • Effectively communicate to all parties if obstacles are encountered that delay the project.
  • Keep project notes updated in our CRM.
  • Maintain scheduling flexibility to accommodate international clients.
  • Troubleshoot common client issues in a timely manner and escalate when needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments or offices as necessary to expedite resolutions.
  • Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among clients.
  • Coordinate and\or provide basic remote Training and Support to clients where applicable.
  • Maintain and manage reference documentation on SharePoint portals to ensure business continuity.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree / college diploma.
  • Customer service experience preferably in the software industry.
  • Beginner Project Management Experience or certificate experience in Project Management
  • Outstanding communication skills (oral and written).
  • Strong Organizational skills a must
  • Strong client facing & teamwork skills
  • Time Management Skills a must. Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results on time.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as coordinate efforts with other team members
  • Flexibility on hours if projects needed to adjust to an international client’s needs.
  • Proven ability to problem solve and teach others.
  • Experience in Golf Club Industries, Hotel or other related Hospitality Industries would be a definite asset.
  • Experience with Web solutions an asset.
