Team Impact
We are seeking a dynamic software development engineer to maintain existing .NET applications while spearheading new development initiatives in Python with hands-on AWS experience. The candidate is expected to have SQL knowledge, enabling efficient data operations and management within existing and new projects. The ideal candidate will showcase proficiency in deploying software with adherence to best practices alongside fluency in development environments including tools, code libraries, and systems. This role involves being part of the entire development process, collaborating to create theoretical designs, critiquing code and productions for improvements, and effectively receiving and applying feedback.
The candidate will demonstrate the ability to independently maintain productivity, requiring minimal manager oversight on a daily basis. The focus includes developing applications, testing & maintaining software, while implementing expansion of work volume with consistent quality and system stability. You will gain mastery of the products you contribute to and participate in forward design discussions for improvement based on observations of the code, systems, and production. Software Engineers are expected to provide project leadership and technical guidance across each stage of the software development lifecycle.
