Position Summary
The University of New Mexico College of Arts & Sciences seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide general support to the Dean’s Office and comprehensive support to four academic centers: the Institute for American Indian Research (IFAIR), the Institute for Medieval Studies (IMS), the Feminist Research Institute (FRI), and the Language Learning Center (LLC).

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Pay Hourly $18.09 - $23.27 (DOE) Benefits Eligible This is a benefits eligible position.
