Job Description
As a Senior Consultant in our Consulting/Professional Services - Generalist team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing client projects. You’ll bring your growing expertise to the table, tackling more complex tasks and contributing significantly to team goals. This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your consulting practice, work with cross-functional teams, and deliver tangible outcomes that drive client success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of client (software) solutions.
- Support the account manager with pre-sales.
- In the lead with informing clients and consultative selling.
- Conduct complex industry and competitive analysis.
- Facilitate client meetings, training, demonstrations and presentations.
- Develop detailed client reports and documentation.
- Lead comprehensive data analysis and business process improvement implementations.
- Coordinate project deliverables and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Assist in change management initiatives for client projects.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
- Engage in continuous improvement of consulting processes.
- Support product and solution testing phases.
Requirements:
- Ability to drive to deliver client value.
- Knows how to translate business processes to software configuration.
- Knows how to get the best out of the organization for his or her clients.
- Advanced data analysis skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations for clients.
- In-depth industry and market research experience.
- Ability to facilitate client meetings effectively.
