Over two amazing years, you will go through three goal-oriented assignments, where you'll quickly acquire a broad knowledge, experience our business from different perspectives and gain a deep understanding of Siemens and in particular. During the assignment abroad at one of our 1,700 worldwide locations, you will improve your intercultural competence and become a more effective communicator across cultures.

This is how you'll win us over

• Education
  • An excellent Master's, Diploma, Doctoral Degree or equivalent in:
    • Computer Science / Information Technology / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence
    • Business Information Systems / Business Informatics / Digital Business
    • Engineering (electrical, mechanical with IT focus)
    • Economic Sciences with a focus on IT (Business Administration, Business Management, International Management)
    • Physics, Mathematics with a focus on Data Science
• Experience & Skills
  • Significant practical work experience and knowledge from internships, working student activities or similar
  • A minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying and/or working
  • Your passion for Healthcare
• Ways of working
  • Flexibility and mobility within the program duration
• Languages
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency or intermediate knowledge of German (Not required for all vacancies)
