Senior Business Systems Analyst (SAP HANA ,Callidus Cloud)

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the SAP HANA (Callidus Cloud) platform for Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Territory Planning.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • 3–5 years of experience in enterprise application support or business systems analysis, preferably in Sales Operations or Incentive Compensation domains.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Callidus Cloud or similar SPM/ICM platforms (e.g., Xactly, Varicent).
  • Familiarity with sales compensation structures, crediting logic, quota management, and territory alignment processes.
  • Strong communication skills and experience translating business needs into functional specifications.
  • Experience working with globally distributed delivery teams, including offshore support centers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

It will be great if you also had

  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as Boomi or equivalent.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Exposure to enterprise service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Understanding of data models and reporting needs related to compensation analytics.

What will you be doing in this role

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather, refine, and document functional requirements and user stories in alignment with business priorities.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, the Product Owner, offshore support teams, and Platform Engineering to ensure effective and efficient support for SAP Callidus modules, including Commissions and Territory & Quota.
  • Coordinate with Systems Administrators and DevOps teams to manage the lifecycle of incidents and service requests, from triage through resolution.
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing efforts.
  • Provide root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain functional documentation, process flows, and training materials to support user adoption and knowledge transfer.
  • Assist in monitoring and validating key data integrations in coordination with the Integration team (e.g., lead-to-quote data, HR data feeds, etc.).
  • Help assess impacts of new releases or features and contribute to platform optimization initiatives in partnership with Product Owner and Enterprise Architecture.
