The Search Ads Ops team is dedicated to evaluating and optimizing search algorithms within search ads. Our team conducts thorough evaluations and investigations to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. Additionally, we manage labeling projects to train and refine our models, aiming to improve the relevance and effectiveness of search ads. Our goal is to drive revenue growth while maintaining a high-quality user experience, balancing commercial objectives with user satisfaction. We strive to deliver superior search ads solutions through continuous innovation and meticulous analysis.
Responsibilities
1. Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the search ads business and the search engine industry.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders such as Product PoC and RD teams to understand requirements and drive improvements and optimization of key product and delivery metrics.
3. Identify and resolve problems that occur during project execution using data-driven insights and creative solutions.
4. Report, analyze, and provide insights to optimize our operational process.
5. Any additional responsibilities that are not specifically listed above.
Minimum Qualifications
1. This role will be JP based.
2. Excellent data analysis and communication skills.
3. In-depth understanding of search engines on TikTok or similar social media platforms.
4. Has an in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users (especially social media platform usage).
5. 2+ years of working experience or equivalent knowledge is preferred. Experience in the IT industry is preferred but not limited.
6. Japanese fluent / Proficient in English business level and above.
7. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Strong communication and presentation skills and work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
