Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

The position involves fabricating and mechanically assembling metal products using specified prints. The role offers an engaging work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate metal products using hand and power tools.
• Use a tape measure to ensure accuracy in measurements.
• Visually inspect products for dents and scratches to ensure quality.
• Pack finished products for shipping to ensure safe delivery.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Basic math skills.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical assembly or fabrication of parts.
• Knowledge of using blueprints, micrometers, and calipers.

Work Environment

The work environment is a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Personal protective equipment such as steel-toed boots, eye protection, and ear protection is required and will be provided. Employees must wear pants or jeans, short-sleeved shirts, and have long hair tied back.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Union, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
