A Revenue Cycle Project Manager specializing in Collection Effectiveness is responsible for optimizing the financial performance of healthcare organizations by improving the efficiency of the collections process. This role involves analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as TPWO % of Gross Revenue, Gross Days in Accounts Receivable, and Denial Rates to identify areas for improvement. The Project Manager collaborates with various departments to implement strategies that enhance cash flow, reduce outstanding receivables, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Effective communication and data-driven decision-making are crucial for success in this position.

Our Ideal candidate:

• In-depth knowledge of medical billing procedures and healthcare software
• Experience with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as TPWO % of Gross Revenue, Gross Days in Accounts Receivable, and Denial Rates
• Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with various departments and lead projects

Bachelors degree preferred. PMP (Project Management Process) certification preferred. Requires project management experience.
