Position: Senior Manager, Insights & Applied Analytics

Duties: Leads complex data analysis projects: defines project scope, objectives, and deliverables; assembles and manages cross-functional project teams; develops project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans; ensures projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Develops and implements data-driven solutions: identifies business challenges and opportunities through data analysis; designs and develops data-driven models, algorithms, and processes; translates complex data insights into actionable recommendations; measures and evaluates the impact of data-driven initiatives on business performance. Utilizes advanced statistical methods and techniques: employs statistical software and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) to analyze large and complex datasets; conducts hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series analysis, and other statistical modeling techniques; applies statistical methods to uncover trends, patterns, and relationships in data; validate and interpret statistical results to support data-driven decision making. Creates compelling data visualizations: develops clear and effective data visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate complex data insights to various audiences; selects appropriate visualization techniques based on data type and target audience; designs interactive visualizations to enable data exploration and discovery; ensures data visualizations are accurate, consistent, and aligned with business objectives. Establishes and maintains data governance practices: develops and implements data quality standards, policies, and procedures; ensures data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and security; promotes data literacy and data-driven culture within the organization; collaborates with IT and business stakeholders to optimize data management processes.
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field plus 4 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related experience; OR Master's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field plus 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related experience.
Skills required: Must have experience with: advanced SQL data analysis; data visualization and BI development; customer loyalty analytics; business metric design and development; root cause data analysis; statistical testing and experiment design; business process optimization and automation; business case and ROI data analysis; data quality analysis; automation of data processing (ETL and data pipelines); leadership and teaching in data analysis techniques; data analytics story telling; project management and execution.
