RSM is a leading provider of audit, tax, and consulting services to middle-market businesses and entrepreneurs across a broad range of industries. Our Outsourced Solutions and Managed Services team acts as a strategic bridge between business development, practice leadership, customers, and internal operations. As we continue to build and scale our Managed Services Practice, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Knowledge Manager to lead the development, organization, and optimization of knowledge assets across the practice.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup-like environment and is passionate about enabling teams through structured knowledge sharing, digital enablement, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of knowledge management strategies and libraries that support service delivery, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture, curate, and maintain knowledge assets, including playbooks, process documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with RSM knowledge managers to develop and maintain a centralized knowledge repository, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Partner with service line leaders and delivery teams to identify knowledge gaps and implement solutions to close them.
  • Facilitate onboarding and continuous learning by integrating knowledge resources into training programs.
  • Collaborate with RSM knowledge managers to drive governance for content lifecycle management, including version control, archiving, and content review processes.
  • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement through internal campaigns, workshops, and enablement sessions.
  • Leverage analytics to assess knowledge usage and effectiveness, and provide regular insights to improve content and delivery.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by aligning knowledge management practices with system workflows and service readiness.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in knowledge management, content strategy, or a related role within a client-facing or professional services organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or a related experience.
  • Proven experience implementing knowledge management systems and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools, collaboration platforms, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Proficiency in English, not only verbally and writing, technical writer level, write in English.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint site and content management
